Shipping

• Estimated shipping time for all made-to-order custom-designed sneakers or jackets is approx. 2-4 weeks (same as production time.)
• Estimated shipping time for all prints is 2-3 days.
• All prints shipped in cellophane sleeve and cardboard envelopes.
• Domestic shipping is by USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance (over $200). Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your shipping to Express Mail. International shipping is by USPS International. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes and receiving fees incurred.

Please Note: All California residents will incur a sales tax of 7.75%**

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
